It is a PPRE COMPANY POLICY for ALL open Inspections to have a Mask wearing mandate in place UPON DECLARATION prior to an Open Inspection.
IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL, DO NOT ATTEND THE OPEN INSPECTION.
BEFORE we can let you into the property YOU MUST provide us with your name, phone number/email address if asked.
To help protect our clients, MASK WEARING IS COMPULSORY at all our open inspections ONCE A DECLARATION HAS BEEN MADE.
Our clients (Vendors) are seniors and most are immunocompromised. Because of this we impose a strict MASK WEARING condition of entry into the vendors’ property (Private Property). If you cannot wear a mask EVEN IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE STATING AN EXEMPTION you still will not be able to enter the property without a mask.
You may discuss your options with the agent BEFORE turning up at an open inspection.
We expect large numbers at our open inspections.
