Discount based on usual agents commission of 2.2% on a sale of property at $400,000. Some agents in the North East charge 2.5% and HIGHER. Under those conditions your commission savings alone will be MORE than $4600.00.

Seniors Card special offer does NOT APPLY to development sites. This includes "knock down" sites where the vendor has a structure on a parcel of land with the intent to offer it for development.
